Steven walked through a high-level view of current scope, and ideas for 'what next', with an open discussion/ideation on future focus areas.
Key areas of interest identified:
Ongoing general support with strategy, execution and data.
Acceleration of Data Standards through service application of Agentic AI.
General interest in DTG identifying and proposing solutions to close out gaps where identified.
If Data Standards acceleration can be proven — applying the same concept to data implementation (e.g. Highbyte configuration).

Steven gave an overview of DTG's current OT project scope at Sweden, Singapore and Virginia.
Stuart and Jim explained that OT was integral to Autonomous rather than 'something other'. Stuart's remit includes OT beyond capital projects (but there needs to be connection/ 'autonomous technical authority' here too).
A new OT role is to be filled within Stuart's team.
Virginia is identified as a key opportunity to drive Autonomous from the start.
